Are there any opportunities for advancement?
PROMISE Cyber School is always looking for talented individuals to share in the dream. Many members of our full time administrative staffs began as teachers. We also often raise the pay rate of teachers who are committed and experienced with PROMISE Cyber School.

What happens if I cannot teach one class?
While you train to be a teacher for PROMISE Cyber School you will meet a lot of the other teachers that work here, we also provide an online list of all our teachers emails, along with the levels that they teach on our Cyber Library. If any teacher cannot teach a class, for any reason, we ask that they contact another qualified teacher and ask if they can substitute for the class in question.

Do I have to teach from a certain place?
The beauty of our cyber classrooms is that the teacher can teach from anywhere in the world. That being said we do ask that the teacher teach from a professional environment. While high-speed access is a requirement, no background noise or distractions are just as crucial. There should be a plain wall or a tasteful painting behind the teacher, and the teacher should be dressed professionally.

What equipment will I need and will I need to buy it?
The hardware requirements for Marratech can be found here. If you need to purchase any of the equipment necessary PROMISE Cyber School does ask that you pay for that yourself.

Will there be a waiting period before I teach?
PROMISE Cyber School often hires teachers to increase our teacher pool so we can start new classes in a timely fashion. Not all of our teachers are hired to be part of the teacher pool, though. If you are hired to be a part of the teacher pool, then the waiting period could be as much as 2 months.
