Hired teachers will observe live online classes in preparation for their own work. All training is paid. Teachers will be required to purchase a web camera and microphone as well as any course textbooks needed to instruct their classes. The selection and training process will take approximately 4 weeks. After training, teachers will be placed in a waiting pool and matched with students as they become available, and begin teaching their classes!
