How do I know what class to register for?
PROMISE Cyber School will provide free diagnostic testing for all Cyber Readers Club students. All Cyber Essay Club Students register based on their grade.

When will I be charged for the class?
Payment will be due upon successful completion of the registration process.

What happens after I register?
You will receive an email that confirms the class you have registered for.  First we will check with our database for an existing class for the student to join.  If there is no suitable class you will have to wait until five other students join for the same class. 

Will the student be able to join in the middle of the month?
If possible we will place your student into an existing class. There will be a short delay because we want the current student to finish the lesson they are on.

How long will I have to wait?
We will work as fast as possible to get every student a class, but we cannot predict when students will register or when class seats will be open, so we cannot say how long you will have to wait, but students are always fitted into classes within one month.  For organizational purposes we do not match students to classes until the first class of every month.  This gives the teacher a chance to finish the book they are working on and then work so all the students can start a new book together. 

What if I want to drop out before a class is arranged?
If you decide you no longer want to wait for a class then we will send you a prorated refund for the number of Conversation Classes that you attended. 

How do I know what books to buy?
PROMISE Cyber School provides all the books for you at no extra cost!

Will students and teachers stay together?
Students will have the same teacher while they are at a particular level, but they will usually get a new teacher as they advance in level.

How will students be evaluated at the end of the level?
The students will be given a comprehensive test at the end of each level to see if they have learned the material.  A student must score at least a 70% in order to be eligible for advancement to the next level.

What happens if the student fails to advance to the next level?
In the event a student should fail the final exam, he/she will be given until the second class of the next 12 week program to study and retake the test.  If they do not pass the exam by then they will be forced to retake the class.
